I started this consulting firm in October, 2002 conducting facilitated work sessions with clients to shape their ideas for business improvement into tightly focused projects with clear delineation of business case, scope and objectives with distinct requirements. In addition to Facilitator, I also serve as Project Manager and IT Architect for my clients.

  • Facilitated over 50 business and functional requirements work sessions for my clients enabling each to successfully launch into software design & implementation projects 50% faster than their traditional methods with the information necessary to manage change and risk.

  • Redesigned the Software Engineering lifecycle methods for a major bank improving quality of their results while reducing the cost of application development by 20%.

  • Designed the technical architecture of the Corporate Audit department for one of the World's largests financial institutions resulting in more comprehensive audits at 30% less cost.
  • Project Manager for Fortune 100 companies: recently, successfully managed the system integration efforts required due to the merger of two major financial institutions. Currently managing eight projects for an International recreation company.
